We’ve been studying plants for science, so we decided to try sprouting cranberry beans. We started these about two weeks ago and we have been surprised at how fast they have grown. If you want an exciting bean sprout project, use cranberry beans! We started these in a glass jar with rolled up paper towel and water, so we could see the roots develop.
